All shipping is currently done through the USPS. We do ship internationally. However, international orders may take up to an additional 2 - 3 weeks to arrive after shipping.
Exchanges
If an item you have purchased does not fit contact us via email (support@asocialempire.com) to arrange an exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees (if applicable). They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
You must notify us via email (support@asocialempire.com) of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
